This thread will walk you through how to add an avatar so it displays at the correct size and how to add a mini avatar.
Main Avatar
For best results your avatar should be 220 x 350px. You will also need to have a link to the image online. I suggest uploading your image to photobucket or another image sharing site such as tinypic.
You should now have a pretty, full sized avatar. If you still have problems, do not hesitate to shoot me a PM.
100x100 Hover Image
You may have noticed that when you hover over someone's avatar there's a square image spot. Here's how to get your own image. The image should be 100 x 100px, and you must have a link to the image online, as with the regular avatars.

- Click on Upload/Link
- Enter your image URL in the provided box
- Click Link Image
- Click Save Avatar Changes
